A Visit to New York

Pere Rosales, Webby Ambassador to Spain, was here visiting New York with his wife Sonia last week. Pere and Sonia, who live in Barcelona, came by to see us in our office, which was a lovely surprise! It is so nice to meet our Ambassadors in person. We hope to meet all of you in June at the Webby Awards, if not before that.

Pere is doing a wonderful job as our Ambassador to Spain. He built a great Spanish-language Webby site and blog, and entries from Spain have increased by almost 1000% as of today. Yes, that’s 1000%, you are reading correctly. Great work Pere!
