Webby Global
The Webbys, hailed as "The most prestigious award in the world" by the BBC, is the global index of success for interactive work. The 15th Annual Webby Awards drew nearly 10,000 entries from over 60 countries and from all 50 States, and garnered over 1.2 million votes in the People's Voice Awards.
For the 11th Annual Awards, the Webbys launched the Webby International Ambassador Program in order to reach out to the Internet community and industry around the world. Webby Ambassadors are a group of passionate Internet supporters, creatives, and entrepreneurs in 20 countries, serving as a "voice on the ground" in their area.
