Q: Tell us about your initial moodboard, wireframe, or prototype. How did things change throughout the process?
A: We created dozens of looks before landing on a specific direction, that shifted only slightly based on the stories we all agreed were important to tell.Q: What influenced your chosen technical approach, and how did it go beyond past methods?
A: Because of the gated nature of the client's environment, we needed an approach that would allow us to deliver agnostic code the client could implement without the need for any major refactoring. We settled on Webpack to help us deliver individual components suited for AEM implementation. When did you experience a breakthrough or an "a-ha" moment during this project?
With video conferencing as the new norm, competitors dominating the territory were missing a vital component that so many required — integrated privacy and security. By quickly realizing this as a differentiator for Webex, we were able to build their story around user journeys for modern workers and launch their integral software for hybrid ways of working at the time.
