The Signal Awards seeks to honor and celebrate the people and content that raise the bar for podcasting. We seek a General Manager with a deep passion for and understanding of podcasting to lead the Signal Awards, elevating the visibility of podcasters and podcasts across all industries. This leader will leverage their deep connections and years of experience in podcasting to further solidify Signal as the authority on the best work being created in podcasting today.

Primary Responsibilities
– Represent Signal Awards to customers
– Speak publicly and lead community events
– Develop thought leadership related to trends in podcasting 
– Research and recruit industry partners and judges
– Host the Signal podcast
– Annual program event leadership

Requirements
– 5-7 years of experience in podcasting
– Producer mindset – be organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task and complete projects independently
– Passion for podcasts and our mission
– Proven ability to communicate well in a variety of settings and media
– Public speaking and event experience
– Deep network of podcasting industry contacts

Compensation & Benefits
– $100k annual salary
– Competitive compensation package with generous incentive-based bonus program
