By using our Web site, you consent to the collection and use of information by The Webby Awards Awards as stated in or Privacy Policy. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
ENTRY TERMS
The Webby Awards Awards assumes all entries are original and the entrant either owns the work or has permission from a client or other appropriate party to enter the work, with all rights granted therein. In the event that an entrant without such rights submits a site, the entrant will not be eligible for the competition. The Webby Awards Awards is not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant. Submission of any entry acknowledges the right of The Webby Awards Awards to use it for exhibition and publication in any medium.
Timely submission of an entry meeting the eligibility requirements and payment of the entry fee as stated herein ensures that an entry will be reviewed and considered for recognition. No other representation or warranty is made by The Webby Awards concerning entries and all implied warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed.
If an entry receives an award, the manner and details of announcing such nomination and award is strictly within the discretion of The Webby Awards Awards. Entrant understands that all awards may not be given or publicized in the same manner.

PAYMENT TERMS
1. Authorization to Submit and Responsibility for Payment
In these Payment Terms, “Entrant” means the individual or organization submitting entries, including any agency or representative submitting entries on behalf of another party. By submitting an entry, the Entrant represents that it is authorized to submit that entry on behalf of itself and any other party credited on the entry, and that it assumes responsibility for paying the entry fees in full. Where entries are submitted on behalf of a client, employer, or other third party, the Entrant remains responsible for payment. Non-payment by that third party does not release the Entrant from this obligation.
2. What the Entry Fee Pays For
Entry fees cover the submission of each entry and its consideration through the review process for the 31st Annual Webby Awards (the “Review Process”). The Review Process may vary from entry to entry and may differ based on the category entered, the type of work submitted, how far an entry advances through the Review Process, and other factors. The judges who evaluate an entry, the number and structure of review rounds, and the timing of the Review Process may vary at the discretion of The Webby Awards.
The entry fee is payment for the entry’s inclusion in the Review Process. It is not payment for, and does not guarantee, any score or feedback, or any award, nomination, honor, placement, or other recognition.
3. When Payment Is Due
- Credit card: Payment is due and processed at the time the entries are submitted.
- Wire transfer: Payment is due upon entry submission. Submission of entries creates an immediate obligation to pay the invoiced amount.
An unpaid or outstanding invoice does not place an entry on hold, extend any deadline, or reserve the entry fee rate in effect at the time of submission. See Sections 6 and 7.
4. Accepted Payment Methods
Credit card is accepted for all orders.
Wire transfer is available only for orders totaling $2500 or more. This option will not appear at checkout for orders below that amount.
Where payment is made by wire transfer:
- Wire transfer instructions are provided on the invoice as a downloadable form. Wires must be sent in U.S. dollars.
- The Entrant is responsible for any bank, intermediary, or currency-conversion fees. The full invoiced amount must be received in Recognition Media’s account.
- The invoice number must be included with payment so that it can be applied to the correct entries.
5. Withdrawals and Refunds
Entry fees are non-refundable except through the withdrawal process described in this section. An Entrant may withdraw entries and request a refund by sending a written withdrawal request to evey@webbyawards.com. The request must be received no later than Wednesday, November 4th, 2026. Requests sent to any other address, or made by phone, will not be processed.
Each request must identify:
- the Entrant name and the name of the person submitting the request;
- the title and entry ID of each entry being withdrawn; and
- the related invoice number.
Entries withdrawn by the published withdrawal deadline are eligible for a refund of the entry fee of $155 for regular entries and $55 for discounted and student entries.
Where a withdrawn entry has not yet been paid for, the processing fee remains due and payable.
After Wednesday, November 4th, 2026, entries may not be withdrawn, and fees are non-refundable for any reason, including where an entry does not receive recognition or is disqualified under Section 7.
6. Unpaid Invoices and Entry Fee Pricing
Entry fee rates are tied to submission deadlines. Any invoice not paid in full by Wednesday, December 23rd will be repriced at the entry fee rate in effect when payment is submitted, regardless of the deadline under which the entries were originally submitted. A revised invoice will be issued, and the revised amount becomes the amount due.
7. Unpaid Entries and Disqualification
Entries not paid in full by Thursday, February 18th, 2027 will be disqualified from official recognition as a Webby Nominee, Winner, and/or People’s Voice Winner. A disqualified entry remains eligible to be recognized as Honoree once its fees have been paid in full.
Disqualification under this section is final. Payment received after Thursday, February 18th will not restore eligibility for the recognition levels listed above.
8. Fees Remain Due
Disqualification does not cancel an entry, and it does not cancel the Entrant’s obligation to pay. The service purchased — the entry’s inclusion in the Review Process, as described in Section 2 — has already been provided. All entry fees remain due and payable in full, and unpaid balances may be referred to a collections agency. Recognition Media, LLC may withhold acceptance of future entries from an Entrant with an outstanding balance.
9. Questions
Questions about an invoice, a payment, or these Payment Terms should be directed to evey@webbyawards.com. Withdrawal requests must be sent in writing to the address specified in Section 5.
10. Vendor Packets
Due to the volume of entries we receive, we are unable to complete individual vendor registration forms or supplier portal enrollments. Our Vendor Information Packet includes our company details, billing contact, and a signed W-9, and can be submitted to your AP team in place of a vendor form. 11. Relationship to Official Rules
These Payment Terms are incorporated into and form part of The Webby Awards Official Rules and Entry Agreement. By submitting an entry to The Webby Awards, Entrant agrees to be subject to and bound by these Payment Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Payment Terms and any other statement regarding payment, refunds, or entry fees, these Payment Terms control. The Webby Awards reserves the right to update these terms; the version of these Payment Terms published at the time an entry is submitted governs that entry.

STORE TERMS
Each statuette and certificate is custom produced. We produce statuettes and certificates in the order that orders are received. Typically, statuettes and certificates will be shipped to you approximately eight weeks from the date that we receive your order. Once your order ships, you will receive email confirmation with tracking details for your order.

The Webby People’s Voice Voting
VOTING REGISTRATION
To avoid fraudulent votes, and to insure the most accurate ratings for entrants, we do require that users register before rating. The Webby Awards does not sell or share the information you provide in connection with registration to or with others.
VOTING
Subject to the limitations described below regarding Minors, People’s Voice Voting is open to all Internet users. To vote, you must register at least your email address and name. Once registration is complete, you will be sent a confirmation email with your login password. You are able to submit only one vote in each category.
CHANGING VOTES
You are not able to change your vote in any category once you have submitted your vote.
VOTING CONFIRMATION
