With each reel and TikTok, Chef and Creator Abi Marquez captures the Internet’s heart for trying fun recipes from all over the world. Yet her anchor to her traditional cuisine has earned her the title “Lumpia Queen” from her over 7 million followers.
Within just two years of starting her account, Abi has made an unmissable impact on the Internet. In 2023, she snagged the TikTok Creator of the Year for Food Award—later going on to win a 2024 People’s Voice Award during last year’s Webby Awards competition.

What inspires you online? Who or what is always on your mood board?
I get a lot of inspiration from watching other people cook, especially when I come across dishes I’ve never tried making. Seeing new recipes really pushes me to level up my skills and try different techniques—it keeps things exciting and gives me a reason to keep challenging myself in the kitchen.

Aurora Cavallo, Joshua Weissman, Amelia Dimoldenberg (who—BTW—is one of our newest Webby Judges!)
