Shannon Sharpe, Former Football Player and Host, Club Shay Shay
Shannon Sharpe is a former American football player and sports television personality known as one of the greatest tight ends to ever play the game. During Sharpe’s time in the NFL, his accomplishments led him to the Hall of Fame Class of 2011. These included, becoming a three-time Super Bowl Champion, eight-time Pro Bowler, and four time First-Team All-Pro.
After retiring from football, Shannon transitioned to a successful career in sports broadcasting. He joined CBS Sports as an NFL analyst on the NFL Today Show and later moved to Fox Sports where he co-hosted the popular sports talk show “Undisputed”. In 2023 Shannon launched Shay – Shay Media and is the proprietor and host of two of the fastest growing Podcasts in history, “Club Shay Shay” which most recently won the 2024 Webby Advocate of the Year award and iHeart Radio Best Sports Podcast. Amelia Dimoldenberg, Host/Producer, Chicken Shop Date & Founder at Dimz Inc.
UK comedian, journalist, broadcaster, producer creator Amelia Dimoldenberg has spent a decade building out a cult, global following across her YouTube channel – which is home to the iconic Chicken Shop Date series – and has cemented her brand as a iconic fixture in the popular culture landscape, amassing 2.2 million subscribers, 230 million views and 13 million hours of content watched on YouTube. Madison Tevlin, Actor, Host, Model, Content Creator & Advocate
Madison is an actor, host, model, content creator and advocate, whose credits include Mr. D, Who Do You Think I Am, hosting the red carpet at the Canadian Screen Awards, and her iconic role as Cosentino in the film Champions. She has walked the runway as part of the Knix Confidence Tour and the Be Beautiful Be Yourself Fashion Show, was the keynote speaker at the Dear Mom conference in Laguna Beach, and received the Quincy Jones Exceptional Advocacy award from the Global Down syndrome Foundation in November 2023.
In honour of World Down Syndrome Day 2024, CoorDown’s “Assume That I Can” campaign starring Madison, took the world by storm, accumulating over 150M views.
Madison strives to shatter the expectations people have towards individuals with Down syndrome and is using her amazing social media platforms to help. Madison has always said having Down syndrome is the least interesting thing about her, and it won’t take you long to agree with her.
Bobby Carter, Host at NPR Tiny Desk Concerts
An award-winning creative leader, DJ and cultural ambassador, Bobby Carter serves as host and series producer of NPR’s Tiny Desk. There, he leads the team’s creative vision, direction, and curation across all divisions and platforms. His work has ushered in the media organization’s youngest and most diverse audience, averaging 40 million views per month. This work also includes representing Tiny Desk and Tiny Desk-related programming on-air, podcasts, and social media.
Since joining the team in 2014, Bobby’s creative strategy has been at the intersection of music, storytelling, technology, and engagement, amplifying the music and influence of artists of color.
Shu Hung, Global Chief Creative Officer, AKQA
With a passion for creating products and experiences that bridge business and culture, Shu Hung serves as the Global CCO of AKQA. A self-taught graphic designer, Shu previously worked at Nike, where she contributed to marketing and digital strategy for Nike Women and Nike Sportswear. Following Nike, Shu spent five years at UNIQLO as the global creative director, assembling a cross-functional team across several global cities. She launched the successful Uniqlo U collection with designer Christophe Lemaire and led collaborations with JW Anderson and Jil Sander.

Maxine Williams, Chief Diversity Officer, Meta
Maxine is the Chief Diversity Officer for Meta, where she works to increase cognitive diversity — different ways of thinking based on different backgrounds, experiences and information — of all Meta teams and integrate diverse perspectives into policy and product development. Maxine and her team also develop strategies to attract, retain and support the growth of underrepresented people at the company. Prior to joining Meta, Maxine served as the Director of Diversity for a global law firm, and worked as an attorney in criminal, civil and industrial courts in her native Trinidad and Tobago, and in the UK at the Privy Council.
Kabir Jain, Chief Growth Officer at Erewhon
Kabir Jain is the Chief Growth Officer at Erewhon, a Los Angeles based organic grocer & café. Since joining Erewhon in 2019, Kabir has focused on growth across digital ordering, membership, ecommerce, partnerships and more. Prior to Erewhon, he worked in consumer growth equity at TSG Consumer Partners and Butterfly Equity investing across food and consumer broadly.
Esi Eggleston Bracey, Chief Growth and Marketing Officer at Unilever
Esi Eggleston Bracey is responsible for leading Unilever into the next generation of marketing and maximizing growth opportunities. She was appointed to the Unilever Executive Board in January 2024 after previously serving as the President of Unilever USA and CEO of Unilever Personal Care in North America, which includes iconic brands such as Dove, Degree, Shea Moisture, Vaseline and Axe among others.
With decades of executive experience in consumer goods and beauty, she has a track record in guiding organizations to unlock growth in rapidly evolving marketplaces.
