Garry Tan, President & Chief Executive Officer, Y Combinator
Garry Tan is President & CEO at Y Combinator (“YC”), which he rejoined in Fall 2023, after founding the successful venture fund, Initialized Capital. Tan was one of YC’s first partners and funded and advised many iconic YC companies including Coinbase, Instacart, and more. In YC’s early days, Tan wrote software and created Bookface, the internal network that connects YC’s alumni founders to this day. Before advising and investing in companies, Tan co-founded the blog platform Posterous (acquired by Twitter in 2012) and was an early employee at Palantir and designed its logo.
Tekedra Mawakana, Co-Chief Executive Officer, Waymo
Tekedra N. Mawakana is the co-CEO of Waymo, an autonomous driving technology company with a mission to be the world’s most trusted driver. With over two decades of experience advising consumer technology companies, Mawakana is an expert in navigating complex high-profile issues. Prior to Waymo, Tekedra led global teams across five continents at eBay, Yahoo, AOL and Startec. Paris Hilton, Creator
Paris Hilton is a global icon, entrepreneur, philanthropist, recording artist, DJ and more. As CEO of 11:11 Media, Hilton has architected a thriving entertainment and consumer products empire. Most recently, Hilton launched her 30th fragrance, “ICONIC”, adding to a line that has grossed more than $4 billion since its debut in 2004. Hilton made a return to the recording studio with her second album, “Infinite Icon” in September 2024. Paris continues to expand into new industries, launching her first skin care line in May 2025. Season two of her reality series, “Paris in Love,” captured her life as a wife and new mother, and she recently reunited with Nicole Richie for “Paris & Nicole: The Encore.”
Tiffany Rolfe, Global Chief Creative Officer, R/GA
As global CCO, Tiffany Rolfe champions R/GA’s creative vision across the agency’s offices to operate at the intersection of business and culture. Rolfe is well-known for developing strategic creative solutions that lead to business and cultural impact. Prior to R/GA, she spent over six years at Co:Collective as Partner and Chief Creative Officer, leading the Puma account and overseeing the highly successful campaign that catapulted YouTube stars to fame. Known for his grounded, authentic approach, Jordan’s content resonates deeply with fans of all ages. His unique perspective create an engaging experience that consistently strengthens his community. High-profile collaborations with top celebrities—including Donald Glover, Kevin Hart, Method Man, and Halle Berry— highlight his reach and versatility.
Bob Carrigan, CEO, Audible
Bob Carrigan is the CEO of Audible, the leading creator and provider of premium audio storytelling. With a career spanning decades at the forefront of business and technology, Carrigan has led transformative changes at companies including Dun & Bradstreet and IDG Communications. As a former Chairman of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and appointee to the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee by President Obama, Bob has extensive experience in digital media, technology, and business innovation.
Kinney Edwards, Head of Creative Lab, North America, TikTok
Kinney Edwards heads the Creative Lab at TikTok, the in-house creative consultancy. At TikTok he is focused on building and guiding teams that unlock the possibilities for marketers to reach their full potential on the platform. Helping brands leverage the right ad products to make insightful connections with its unique creative community. Edwards believes creative work must have an authentic and emotional soul that resonates with the audience to be effective. He’s both won and judged at the industry’s top award shows.
Kim Larson, Managing Director, Head of Creator & Gaming, YouTube
As a Managing Director and Head of YouTube’s Creator and Gaming team, Kim Larson is responsible for managing the growth of the largest, most influential creators on the platform. This includes the critical ecosystem of companies that surround creators including creator service providers, talent partners, game publishers and influencer marketing agencies. She previously launched the Google BrandLab, an immersive strategy experience designed for top advertisers to develop tailored strategies for YouTube. Her team pioneered the use of machine learning to build data-driven creative best practices for YouTube ads.
Alex Schultz, Chief Marketing Officer and VP of Analytics for Meta
Alex Schultz is Chief Marketing Officer and VP of Analytics for Meta, a role he has held since 2020. He oversees Marketing, Product Analytics, Global Experience and Design + Creative globally. As VP of Analytics, Alex built and runs Meta’s data science and data engineering teams to help set strategy, provide business intelligence and drive user growth and engagement. Alex brings nearly two decades of direct response marketing experience to his CMO role and is responsible for the global Marketing organization promoting Meta’s products and services to consumers and businesses.
Paula Kerger, President & CEO, PBS
Paula A. Kerger is president and chief executive officer of PBS, the nation’s largest non-commercial media organization with nearly 350 member stations throughout the country. Kerger is the longest-serving president and CEO in PBS history. Under her leadership, PBS has grown its audiences across genres and platforms. PBS has moved from the 14th most-watched network in America to number six in the past decade.
