As part of our continuing event series for the 20th Annual Webby Awards, we hosted a conversation between David-Michel Davies and John Borthwick. John is the CEO and Co-Founder of Betaworks, a seed investor and startup incubator which develops technology that will benefit the future of work, relationships, and human agency. John has been a consistent early investor in some of the Internet’s biggest companies including BuzzFeed, Kickstarter and Medium and Betaworks has built several notable Webby Winners including Tweetdeck, Dots and Giphy.
