New Dedicated Honors for Voice
From productivity assistants to medical tools, to smart home devices, voice technology has exploded: So much so, that 55% of U.S. households are predicted to have at least one voice-enabled speaker by 2022 (according to a new study by Adobe Analytics).
Responding to the innovation we’re seeing in Voice, this year’s Webby Awards features categories including:
- Games and Entertainment
- Productivity
- Best User Experience
- Food and Drinks
- Business & Finance
In addition to these brand new honors, we’re excited to welcome expert judges to review work across Voice categories this year, including:
- Voice technology veteran Cathy Pearl (@cpearl42), who heads Conversation Design Outreach at Google
- Amazon’s CTO Werner Vogels (@Werner)
- Anna Patterson, Founder and Managing Partner at Gradient Ventures at Google
- 360i President Abbey Klaassen (@amklaassen)
