We’ve been hard at work recording Season 2 of the Webby Podcast, but we wanted to send out this episode a little early—call it a pre-season bonus. Webby Lifetime Achievement Winner and WIRED magazine co-founder Louis Rossetto, our guest for this episode, has launched a Kickstarter campaign for his new book, Change is Good, and we wanted to make sure you heard about it.

We caught up with Louis to reminisce about those golden days when computer technology and the Internet was in its infancy, and we also got the scoop on Change is Good, a fictional look back on the rise of the digital revolution from the place where it all started: San Francisco in the ’90s. Check out the book on Kickstarter and this special bonus episode here.

I don’t want to write about WIRED, but I do want to write about that moment: that spirit of the ‘90s, the optimism and energy”
— Louis Rossetto Co-founder, WIRED
