Each year, The Webby Awards is judged by our prestigious judges panel, The International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences (IADAS). Comprised of 2,000+ intellectually diverse creators and leaders representing the world’s best online work, IADAS members lend their expertise to help recognize the breadth of innovation across the Internet.

Alicia Eastman—Region: China 🇨🇳
As Managing Director and Partner at Asia Pacific Capital Group, Eastman oversees the GE Asia Pacific Capital Technology Fund, Asia Pacific Capital Fund II, and the Mongolia Opportunities Fund.
Neil McFarland (@parishair)—Region: United Kingdom 🇬🇧
Creative Director at ustwo and Founding member of ustwo games, Neil McFarland is no stranger to using animation and digital products to create amazing experiences! Don’t believe us? Check out the Webby-winning game Monument Valley 2.
Bandana Tewari (@behavebandana)—Region: India 🇮🇳
IADAS member and all-around powerhouse Bandana Tewari is the Editor-at-Large of Vogue India, who is leading a sustainable fashion movement that intersects gender rights for Southeast Asian women.
Seiichi Saito (@seiichi_saito)—Region: Japan 🇯🇵
Seiichi Saito is Co-founder and Creative & Technical Director of the award-winning agency Rhizomatiks. Since 2006, he and his Rhizomatiks team have been creatively bridging the worlds of commercial art, emerging technology, and architecture.
Bia Granja (@biagranja)—Region: Brazil 🇧🇷
IADAS member Bia Granja is the Co-founder of YOUPIX, a business accelerator and digital platform for online creators and digital content. With their YOUPIX Talks discussing everything from Blockchain to Afrofuturism, and their content platform, Granja and her team are shaping creativity in Brazil, and around the world.
Roxanne Varza (@roxannevarza)—Region: France 🇫🇷
Entrepreneur Roxanne Varza is the Director of Station F, Paris’ startup campus that gathers over 1,000 companies under one roof to help them develop. Complete with 26 international startup programs, a full restaurant, maker space, and more, Varza and Station F are seriously changing the game.
Niklas Zennström (@nzennstrom)—Region: Sweden 🇸🇪
Executive Judge Niklas Zennström is a longtime veteran of the tech industry. As the Co-founder of Skype and Internet TV service Joost, Zennström is a pioneering digital entrepreneur. Currently, he runs Atomico, a firm that invests in tech companies.
