The Head of Fashion Partnerships at Instagram and one of fashion's biggest social media stars, Eva Chen is also a Webby Awards Judge.

Before they were onstage at the 20th Annual Webby Awards, where Eva presented Lena Dunham & Jenni Konner with an enormous birthday cupcake and the New Founders of the Year Award, Eva and Lena where having a meeting of the minds over at Facebook’s New York City HQ.
